The KDE community announced a few minutes ago, in a press release, the immediate availability of the second maintenance release of KDE 4.2. The new version is dubbed "Cano" and it brings many bug fixes and improvements, especially for applications such as KRunner, Okular, KAlarm, KMail, Kontact, KMix, KDiamond, KNetWalk, as well as for Plasma, Nspluginviewer, PyKDE4 and KHTML.
